With all respect to Jincey (who is helping with the Tolkien and Middle-earth track at DragonCon), that is NOT an "official" recipe for Lembas. Tolkien never created one. What little he wrote of Lembas indicates that it was made from a special corn, harvested carefully by selected Elf-women, and it was used to create a flour or meal for baking.
