: I think a lot of fans were concerned as you were, but for some reason I don't recall ever being fearful on that account. Certainly I was never told anything about Legolas privately, but I've always felt confident the casting would be superb. I've had no complaints about the cast in the least. And the costuming may seem a little uneven in theme to people like me, but it's certainly top-knotch costuming in other respects from what we've seen.

I guess my fears were from his appearance in the cartoon perhaps...
