I've put together similar lists myself (so that one looks familiar, but the author used different junction symbols from the ones I use). This page is on the Grey Havens Web site, which is so notorious for using content without permission (and for altering that content) that I refuse to link to them, although they link to my sites.

And some of the material on The Grey Havens is very untrustworthy, although I noticed nothing wrong while skimming this list.
