I want to thank everyone for the kind words, both here on the boards and by email. I did get some news this morning I felt was worth sharing, so I posted the details on our LOTR movie news page. There are casting calls in three locations in New Zealand this weekend. My guess is they are starting to gear up for the Gondor scenes. I think we'll see the "Half-Dwarves", since they are asking for short people and there has been no word on any further hobbit scenes. Of course, these could also be extras for the Druedain. I'm looking forward to reading the spy reports.
