The majority of the pics appear to have been posed for the camera, and are not finished film shots. That explains why you can see the nazgul's face.
As to Gollum, I think he looks good, for a basic non-rendered CGI. He looks like what could happen to hobbit after being exposed to the ring for 500, or so years. From the pictures, it also looks like they are going to use a puppet or animatronic for close ups of Gollum's head.
