Is there any proof that these are actually Elves? Other than the word of Galadriel who told us that Arwen was at Moria, sorry the Morannon - well a woman was there somewhere.

Now Elves don't ride wolves, but Orcs do. Also the line of warriors holding the pikes appear to be Rohan types not Orcs. I think she's got it turned around. Look at the shot again. I think the Orcs are charging Rohan warriors, maybe elven.[/blockquote]

I think this is probably another case of shoddy reporting and kneejerk reactions. Ho hum.
