Just because they have BODIES doesn't mean they are flesh-and-blood bodies.After his defeat by Huan, Sauron took the shape of a vampire bleeding at the throat and fled. Morgoth bled when wounded by Fingolfin. Arguing that Balrogs didn't bleed because it is not explicitly stated anywhere is IMO as nonsensical as arguing that elves did not farm or eat. By the way, this is the only portion of your argument that I disagree with.
