These kind of questions are not offending, but a bit imprecise.
There are many, to whom English is not the First language or the mother tongue, who can still commmunicate in English fairly well. It is usually enough to get one's ideas expressed in a way that other people can understand them.

A few grammatical mistakes or misspellings usually don't matter.
I hope you are not implying that we, who are not native speakers of English shouldn't take part in these discussions.

In fact English is my third (after Finnish and Punjabi) or even fourth (Swedish is, after all, the other official language in Finland ;>) language. The problem Vomact has is not his English but probably his arrogance.
