Now Gimli did some rather cool things too!! He was one of the youngest memebers (sans Hobbits) of the Fellowship. He walked with Gandalf through Moria, and aided in guiding the Fellowship. He kept pace with a man and and elf to chase down the orcs that had captured Merry and Pipsqueak . . . I mean Pippin. ;) He bested the veteran Legolas in kills at Helm's Deep. He was the only dwarf to ever walk the Paths of the Dead and live! And he was the only (correct me if I am wrong here) dwarf to be named elf-friend.I mean to say that he did nothing . . . both he and Legolas did plenty!! I think we should give them a little more credit as more then just tag-a-longs to the Fellowship. :) -RR
