While your figures are all correct, it does have one assumption that is doesn't take into consideration. That is the fact that while a single person can walk at about 3mph (and that is an average, most people walk a wee bit slower) when you get a group together, depending on the baggage that has to be packed and unpacked and repacked and food stuffs and clothes and horses and wagons and carts and so on and so forth, the the travel would take longer, and significantly so. Also, there wasn't a real rush to get anywhere, so Arwen and company may have stayed in one place more than a single night . . . you know, sight seeing and all! ;)-RR
