I for one am sick and tired of "Beastmaster" and "Xena" wannabe
villains! Thank goodness for this WWI interlude. Make Hans Dressler
(Luger and all) a full time hero or at least a part time villian(like Callisto on XWP). The show is set in the years 1919
to 1929. So why can't we have Chicago gangsters, German soldiers, African explorers, and/or 1920s' U.S.-era marines on a rescue party(among other ideas)?! I myself wouldn't mind playing a tommygun totin' explorer or a BAR lugging marine or a Broomhandle Mauser
packing Kraut. Even a Xena or Beastmaster team up would be cool. Just please don't turn such a team into one of those horrible your-science-and-modern-guns-don't-work-here-stories. Those
are weak.
