: Yep - that's the one. I think he was around for the first or second season and then disappeared. I kind of liked him as a secondary character on the show. He had a lot of promise. He was the character that could be the "good guy" in one episode, and an obstacle to be overcome in another, such as when he sealed himself in the Engineering section and broadcast messages over the ship's intercom. "And tonight for dinner we'll have...ice cream. But first, a bit of song..." (or something like that).

First season only. He was in The Naked Time (mentioned above) and then got poisoned by Barbara Anderson in The Conscience of the King.
