Episode #16 has the German episode title "Das Zepter des Pharao" (The sceptre of the pharao"). The original title may be either "Birthright" or "Resurrection", but I'm guessing.

In the jungle, Marguerite, Challenger and Malone discover a mummy that's half buried in the ground. Soon they realize - THE MUMMY'S ALIVE! :) It's Pharao Ramses (Howdy, Ramses, what are YOU doing here?:)), who can convince them that his sister Nofretete has stolen his throne. They decide to help him, but have to find out that he has not told them the whole truth. Meanwhile, Summerlee's being chased by a T-Rex, who mistakenly believes that Summerlee is the murderer of her offspring.

An ancient Egyptian pharao and his sister in South America? What the hell, go for it! :) Let's join Fred and his "enjoy the show on its own terms" motto!
