: My, my, my. What can I say? Margie loves her some Roxton.

: In Camelot they alluded to it three times. Though at the beginning of the episode, she said there was no such things as white knights in shining armour, at the end when she and Roxton were having their tender moment she called him *her* knight.

: This latest episode, when Cathie had her reading from her diary entry from the near future it said, "One more casualty. The man I love. I thought I was being a heroine but I was only BRINGING HIM HOME to die." Gee, to *whom* could she possibly be referring? Summerlee? (grin) Then again at the end, this little tender interaction between the two of them.

Yeah, its been hinted at since the first episode, sometimes more overt than covert, but its always been lurking beneath the main storyline. I think it adds a bit of a spark to the show, but at one point its going to have to be resolved one way or another if the show goes on for long. Courtships get tiresome after a few years.

: Then of course we should add her Camelot and Unnatural Selection references to her lack of virginity.

What does one have to do with the other? I think the virginity thing is mostly played for laughter, as a way to poke fun at old myths in light of modern morality. Marge is certainly a modern woman.

: Something big is going to happen between the two of them and soon. The only mystery here is about Roxton's emotions for her. While in recent episodes they have been pushing Margie's experience and saying outright that there is definately a love thing going on with her, they have not alluded to the depth of Roxton's feelings for her. It's obvious that he cares for her but how deep is this thing on his side?

I think Roxton is characterized as the stereotypical big game hunter, living for big adventures where a woman would slow him down. That sort of character plays well the way the show is presented. I don't expect any big, long, emotional outburst from him about love and roses. But, in the case of Marge, I think she's becoming a woman that could keep up with Roxton on any adventure. She certainly showed some prowess in "Time After Time" the way she led the charge into the jungle with Challenger and Malone in tow behind her.

: Also note that Cathie told Veronica that Roni went to look *specifically* for Ned but she was too late, he had already died from Krux Syndrome. Now unless there is going to be a serious thing between them, why would she give up the search for her family, leave the only world/home she has ever known and strike out into a strange new one (in a leather bikini no less with only an ever increasing selection of leather footwear) to look for him? Another serious indication (besides her hurt that Ned would leave her there) that something is definately about to be brewing with the other potential couple.

Hey, I think she'd do quite well in a leather bikini in my town :) Sure, Veronica has feeling for Ned and I'm sure Ned has feeling for Veronica, but neither are ready for a hot and heavy romance. Ned's got bigger issues, like trying to improve his jungle skills ;)

: The only thing is, TLW is going to have to start having episodes where, I don't know, the potential couples actually SPEAK to eachother and I don't know, maybe GO on their little adventures/outings together rather than what they are currently putting out.

I don't think so. This isn't a romantic adventure show, its an action adventure show. Sure, there may be some tender moments to break up the monotony of defeating apemen, slavers, and evil warriors, and its nice if Roxton can get a woman from time to time, but I don't expect a wedding any time soon. I think the flirtation will continue for a bit longer.

: Oh and for the ladies, it appears that next episode "Prodigal Father", the cheesecake is on Roxton and Malone who for some reason end up shirtless. (grin)

I was wondering how long it would take, since Will Snow is an ex-model and one of David Orth's hobbies is listed as "fitness" on the official TLW web site. And they get bare-chested in the same episode as Marge's and Veronica's big mud wrestling scene. Ya-hoo! Cheesecake for all!

Enjoy!
