: : : Any thoughts in the pilot you care to share? I didn't see, so I want to ask if there were any Roxton/Marguerite action worth discussing: : Oh yeah, there is Roxton/Marguerite action worth discuccing in the pilot! : : It starts already in the beginning when Marguerite offers to finance the expedition on condition that Callenger allows her to come along (of course he had no other choice). Roxton laughs at her because of that ("The Amazon area is nothing for a lady like you" - don't know if that's the right translation, something like that), well, and Marguerite's reaction? She shoots at him!!! : : You can't describe that really, just watch ... and laugh. : My God! That's a temper of what! : : Another fantastic scene is when they all have a break on their journey to the plateau. Roxton watches Marguerite taking a bath in the river, a "crocodile" attacks her (the dialog right before that is really funny) and Roxton saves her by jumping on the crocodile. Afterwards he wants to carry her back to the camp because she got hurt, but she doesn't want that at all, so he simply drops her!!! : Sweet. But then again, rather typical of this two. : Nice how he always stands ready to protect her and not brainer why he was watching her take a bath. : : Well, there are several other scenes like that (e.g. in the treehouse- that scene is fabulous, you'll know what I mean when yoou see it), but I don't want to tell everything in advance. :-)))))))) : Feel free to tell anything in advance, I don't think I'll get a chance to see the pilot in this lifetime :( : : Have a nice week! : : Greetings from Germany, : : Sandy : Thanks a lot! You were really helpful. : Greetings from Peru : Carla OK, OK, if you really want that!!! :-))) That scene in the tree-house: Roxton always wants to know Marguerite's reasons for financing the expedition (throughout the whole pilot). In the treehouse he tells her that he better should feed a T-Rex with her, but on the other hand he didn't want to miss that opportunity and so kisses her... and she bites him. Later he states (while talking with the other about what to do) that he wouldn't leave the plateau without a trophy (and watches Marguerite while saying that). Really great scene. I'm sure there were more scenes like that, but I don't remember exactly. I suppose I should watch the pilot again (have it on tape), then I can tell you more if you like, OK? Bye, Sandy
