: JanetJanet - Getting wet shouldn't hurt the guns immediately, and a hunter like Roxton would see to it that they were thoroughly disassembled and cleaned later. As for the gunpowder, they use sealed cartridged - although how they manage with their homemade gunpowder I don't know.
