I'm not sure about this "revision" of the pilot movie. Seeing Marge shoot that man before offering to fund Challenger's expedition was certainly an interesting addition, but I was a bit disappointed that they apparently cut out the drawing room scene to accomodate it. I rather enjoyed seeing Marguerite take a shot at Roxton, indoors no less. ;) Also odd was the exclusion of Roxton's comment about having a phobia about apes. I thought that had been a nice bit of foreshadowing. I was happy to see the "Ode to Joy" bit cut, though. Frankly I found that part a little annoying the first time around. On the whole, I guess I'll say that the one additional scene so far has been adequate compensation for the parts that have been cut. (Mostly.) ;)
