Roxton and healing. I'm still trying to figure out how the group got him back without giving him a massive infection in that abdominal wound. Margie and Veronica had just had their mudfight, and Malone was hugging Veronica so HE got all muddy, and there is our hero, all slumped and bleeding. Guess they had to wait till the neuro-toxin wore off Challenger and Summerlee and had them take Roxton back to the treehouse. I thought Roxton was superman! No, really, sense is not the stringest point of the show, but I don't think Roxton will ever stand to be the weak one, he'll rather take it all inside. And thena again, the writers won't disrupt the ilusion that Roxton is THE hero, the survivor, the strongest, and so on and so forth. : Not only did we not see Veronica apologize to him for stabbing him, Hardly. I was waiting to see if Margie was going to "watch him sleep", as Roxton suggested to her just before he was captured by Kartas!! Would've loved that one! Did anyone notice her smile when he asked that and left? For a minute there, she lloked nervous, and than she seemed to really be considerating that offer. Later on, she was rather jumpy and worried about his disappearence. : : I just discovered this message board today, and haven't scanned the whole thing, but I have to ask - Does anybody have an explanation for the ending of "Prodigal Father", where the former slave Largo is pretending to be Veronica's father Tom Layton? Veronica stabs Roxton in the gut with that big ol' honkin' hunting knife of hers, and the last we see of him, he's lying on the ground looking worried about HER while Malone comforts her. No wrap up with the requisite 'bandaged hero, will obviously recover from grievous injuries' scene, nothing. One friend stabs another, and nobody ever mentions it again?
: : Also, I personally hope that the 'bounty hunter' Kartas shows up again. If Roxton can survive being stabbed, he can survive being shot.
