According to TV Guide, The Movie Channel is showing our TLW pilot this week. I checked it out, thinking it might be the DirectTV version or something. :-)

Turns out it's the Patrick Bergin version that takes place in 1934 Monogolia, but with our beloved Michael Sinelnikoff as Summerlee!

Didn't have much to do with Doyle's work. Lifts from Jurassic Park, and outright blatent theft from The Land That Time Forgot. Okay dinos.

Added 2 women, one they take with them, one they find there (hmmm, sounds familiar). They get to the plateau on a hot air balloon (sounds familar again). Challenger is a liar and a thief, Roxton is some sort of criminal, Summerlee is, well, er, dino chow.

I like the one we've got better. :-)
