Oh, no! The D**nyankees (thas one word 'round here, y'all) are in control. And Joyce, dear, I used to live in a place called Corpus Christi, which is on record as being a windier city than Chicago. 90's all summer is just average, and 70% humidity is VERY low. Happiness is South Texas in your rear-view mirror, to many transplanted Austinites. (But I have nothing against Houston - my best friend lives there.) Corpus doesn't get TLW at all!!!
