: : : Just a quick note in case anyone's interested... I am writing a comicbook : : : called SECTION ZERO. The first issue is already out (at finer comic-shops : : : near you). The reason you might be interested? The leader of the team is : : : Dr. Titania (Tina) Challenger-- the modern-day descendant (in my mind, at : : : least) of Professor George Challenger! I was just working on a scene from : : : the second issue (out in about a month) where she makes reference to "The : : : Professor's Plateau" and decided to search the web... and found this : : : wonderful site!: : : Karl Kesel : : Welcome, Karl, to our little family. What country(s) are you published in? To revive an old joke, this board seems to be made up of a large percentage of Germans and Texans, although the Canadian contingent is pretty sizable, as well as illustrious. : : Silver : I read this board frequently, but don't often post. Had to this time, though. Being a Texan from a proper German family, I did not realize there was a distinction to be made between the two. Learn something new every day! Distinction is made only in geography of residence! I'm an Austinite myself, so I live near many wonderful towns founded by settlers of German heritage.
