And this is the woman who is *in charge* of presentations to the public! : Let's all take a moment, bow our heads and pray for TLW. : True...True...Imagine the head of a public relations operation asking a consumer the address of a message board for one of he/his products. I have contemplated that one for awhile and drew the same conclusions you did above...only you said it with such style. Apparently Telescene has no grasp of its customers (truly unforgiveable) or "gasp" a grasp of the Internet (might explain what century they are operating in regarding story lines, etc.) Theresa:D
