: : : : : For those that don't read or receive the Lost World E-Newsletter, here is some interesting news:

: : : : : "Inside Scoop One of the episodes that is currently in production will feature a group of modern-day tourists who accidentally travel back through time and find themselves stuck in the Lost World. The script is hilarious, and it promises to be one of next season's best......

: It could be decently done, even though this isn't what most of us would like to see. Much would depend on the tourists. The only group likely to penetrate the forest on foot and via boat to the base of the plateau is going to be between 20 and 40 years old. More than likely they are going to be ecotourists led by a professor and guide. There's a good chance many would be students. The only other way in is by twin engined aircraft. I think we are looking at what Telescene considers to be a teen show and wanting it to be a dramatic miniseries or a movie of the week because there is that potential. Gang, I'm afraid we are never going to be satisfied.

Well, then I guess Telescene will lose a significant number of older people who actually bring home the bacon ~ and spend it. As it's been pointed out, many people feel that TLW is going to be just another T and A, action/adventure show. If Telescene wants to grow, they need to consider all the fans, not just the young ones. We don't all need bare flesh thrown in our faces to find something attractive. (NOT a word ~ do you understand, Steve?)
