: I definitely recall the explorers looking for sulfur for gunpowder, and I know they usually keep a supply at the treehouse. As to anyone actually making the bullets, that may be wishful thinking...I don't recall seeing it myself, but it has definitely been alluded to more than once.
: Good call all around, folks. I can't say for sure but I believe it was the episode with the "Christecs". Roxton and Summerlee were alone at the treehouse, and Roxton was pouring melted lead into molds to make bullets. There has never been any explanation of where they actually get the necessary metals for the bullets and shell casings. Silver
