I work in the Facilities Department of a software company. I work out of the company's largest field office, in Concord, Massachusetts. (The headquarters is in California, and is the only office larger than the one I'm at.) My responsibilites run the gamut of anything even remotely facilities-related, from mailroom to shipping/receiving to office supplies to copier and fax machine maintenance. I usually have a staff of three to four guys. The staff I have now is actually pretty decent, so that means they'll be leaving shortly and I'll go back to recruiting trained monkeys for the job.
