: This may be a case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing. It's unfair to whomever spoke to you to leap to the conclusion that she deliberately misled you.But the way I said it is how it happened - I said I liked Summerlee and she laughed and said alot of people do. Then she said, she *volunteered* "You know he's coming back". I didn't ask her about it, so I was surprised and said "He is? I heard he wasn't" and she said to Cynthia ~ *whichever* Cynthia it may have been, although I'd bet my next check that Cynthia Lane works out of the New York office ~ like she turned around, "She said she heard he wasn't coming back" with a little laugh. She actually said that she was sitting with Cynthia, who knows everything about the show, and that I should send my mail to the office there, since there were very few people in that office. I mean, she sounded very confident, and she volunteered the information. I mean, looking back at it now, she probably thought I was one of the people who has been pounding Cynthia Lane with e-mails ~ although I have honestly sent her only one, very polite (ask Faust) which I didn't get a reply to btw ~ and deliberately told me that. I cannot imagine that pretty much everyone there wouldn't know that he was in fact not coming back, since this whole situation apparently has been somewhat irritating to the people at Telescene ~ especially someone who answers the phone there. Believe me, I've worked in offices most of my adult life. If *anyone* knows whats going on in a company, it's the people that answer the phones.
