: Cynthia Lane graciously let me know via email today that Michael S. would not be returning next season. She sited many reasons -- money pressures, schedule demands, production agreements, demographics, sales, legal and coproduction concerns all combine to determine who stays or goes in a cast.: She apologized for being the "bearer of bad news." I AM TERRIBLY SAD! : She also told me the official Website is managed by NEW LINE TELEVISION, the US distributor of the story. I think they may need to here a lot from us regarding their publicity to date about the show in the newsletters. : Also, she said the series is is a co-production with Telescene and Coote/Hayes Holdings of Australia. Perhaps Coote/Hayes needs to here from us as well. : Wish I could post her email but I don't want to violate the message board etiquette again. I have been there and done that already. : Theresa:(( *@%!!##! computer sent before I even started my message! Why are we believing this, only the latest in a series of definite statements by various Telescene personnel? I know, we have all been fearing this to be the truth, and tumbled straight into the pit of dispair instantly, but hey, who knows? Now that we've all vented our anguish, let's just buckle back down and try to take out the evil empire and rescue the good professor from oblivion at their hands. And find the other evil empires Telescene claims are really responsible (or whatever the heck they're trying to claim). Sound the trumpets, let the legions prepare to do battle once more! We want The Lost World to work, to last, to continue on for many seasons yet to come, and we honestly believe the best chance of this happening is for Michael Sinelnikoff's Summerlee to remain alive and well on the plateau. Tally Ho! Silver
