: I know I already post this, but I'm doin' it again. Tina, : you're very welcome to post at this board, you don't have to : register or anything. It's very convinent(I know I spelled that : wrong). : ScapeGirl

Since I'm seeing a lot of new screen names (and names) on this board, I thought I'd say a little something about Xenite.Org and our message board communities.

First of all, as ScapeGirl says, we don't require registration. I know a lot of message boards have been moving to that sort of control over the past couple of years. There are currently three administrators here at Xenite.Org and we share the duties of monitoring the boards. Pat Upton or I are usually the ones who remove the spam, make money fast, off-topic questions, and the (usually rare) flames.

I know from our other message boards that we get a lot of lurkers. People often like to just read a board for a few months before posting, or they just like to read. All lurkers are welcome here, of course, but for those of you deciding what sort of community you've found, though the Scapers are a young fandom Xenite.Org will always encourage a polite, friendly atmosphere on its message boards. We have rarely in more than two years have had to step in and shut down threads.

Any time you see something questionable on the message board, please feel free to email the administrators. We provide an easy-to-use link at the top of each board. We'll take a look at the message(s) and decide what should be done.

Everyone is welcome here, all opinions are equally important. We appreciate gentle souls and hardy debaters. :)
