: Actually Farscape reminds me more of the TV show Northern Exposure. The show where the New York doctor is a fish out of water in Cicely, Alaska with it's odd ball collections of locals. : Tina I must agree w/the FS/NE comparsion. I mean for starters there's the Crichton/Joel(i can't spell his last name!) similarities: :Crichton- a well educted, intelligent man, is suddenly thrown into totally unsual suroundings w/as you so acurately put it an odd ball(yet strangly likeable)collections of locals. :Joel- as you said played a doc,"a fish out of water in Cicely, Alaska with it's odd ball collections of locals."(and my dads a doc and he's a genius, so I'm under the asumption that most docs are well educted and intelligent.) Another, similarity between the shows is Crichton/Aeryn relationship and the Joel/Maggie relationship! I like to go into more detail but i'm falling asleep sitting up! Suficed(sp?) to say: tough girl meets new stranger, and the sparks fly! Well, goodnight and thanks for read'n this, I'm a newbie and i apreciate it. I'd also like to see any comments anyone has! :) P.S. Here's hope'n the Crichton/Aeryn relationship turns out better than the Joel/ Maggie did in the end(God forbid we even think about that happening, the end I mean.) Well, I'm really done this, I swear! Bye! Bye! izzy1 @}-{----
