Well hello there my BBDOCS Brotha's and Sista's. As I posted a few days ago(on the official BB at the dominion) the SciFi channel has finally decided to post our girl Chiana's crew member info... not to mention they posted a lovely bio on our girl Gigi Edgley(man, does have she a mesmerizing smile or what?) and it should be of note to anyone who doubts that she has any talent that her previous acting credits are quite impressive! For anyone who hasn't had a chance to check it out yet here's what her bio says:

"Gigi Edgley portrays Chiana, an impetuous young thief and the latest addition to Moya's crew.

Edgley is bst known to Australian Television audiences as Penny in the popular television series Water Rats and in the role of Erica Watson in Day of The Roses.

Edgley's numerous theatre credits include Kakos, Kill Everything You Love, The Rover, Boy's Life, The Land Of The Real Girls, Romeo and Juliet, The Caged Birds, Blue People, Princess And The Pea for the Brisbane Arts Theatre, Road, Picnic At The Hanging Rock for the Twelth Night Theatre and Les Miserables for the Gold Coast Arts Theatre.

From 1994 to 1995, Edgely trained at verious workshops at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. She then moved to Queenland and in 1998 recieved a B.A. in Drama from Queenland University of Technology Academy of the Arts."

Well, there you have it... PRETTY DAMN IMPRESSIVE huh?

Now the reason I started the BBDOCS in the first place was because of some rather rude comments that were made about Chiana by a certain "scaper" (known for making rude comments and not much else) that were pretty damn embarrassing(not to mention they probably made Gigi feel pretty bad if she read them). Now we in the BBDOCS have no problem with someone making an intelligent post about why they don't like Chiana and for the most part, the people who don't like Chiana have done just that. There are some of you "ANTI-Chiana" people out there though who seem to forget that the cast and crew of the show do read our posts, so if you must convey your hatred for Chiana or for any of the characters for that matter, then PLEASE do not make it a personal attack on the actor or actress who plays that particular character!!!!!!!! Criticize the performance or the character, not the person!!!!

Having said all that I think I should point out to all of the people in the anti-Chaina camp that we have only seen Chiana in one episode and in about ten seconds of another one(although, what we have seen of her was absolutely amazing in this FEARLESS LEADER's humble opinion), just give the girl a chance before you decide once and for all that you hate her and you want her either dead or abandoned on the next planet! Some of you are worried about whether or not she'll come in between Aeryn and Crichton's growing relationship, as the GREAT KAHUNA of the J&ASGTT, I say that there is little reason to worry! It has been said that Chiana would become somewhat of a surrogate little sister to Aeryn, and I don't think Aeryn would let Chiana live too long if she tried to put the moves on Crichton. Besides, it's ssoooooooo obvious that Chiana ain't Crichton's type. If the GREAT KAHUNA ain't worried then you you shouldn't be either, relax... it's all good!!! :-)

Now, we in the BBDOCS see this character's potential, we see how much fun it's going to be to watch all the trouble that she will surley get the crew into, we dig her style(after all she has my hair color), we dig her attitude(she's got spunk and she's just damn cool) and we see that we have a very talented and beautiful actress who will surely portray this interesting and quirky character so that in a few more episodes time she will undoubtably be the favorite character for some of you! The BBDOCS wants and needs to get some additional members to help stop the needless Chiana bashing! We're all pretty harmless and relatively nice people. Sure we are a little bit mischevious(just like our girl Chiana) and sure we are just a little insane(just like our girl Chiana) but that's what makes us so much fun!!! A little insanity to stir things up is a good thing, keeps everything interesting and like I said before, it's FUN!!! So if you too can see the potential that this character has and would like to join our ranks then please sign in below(it also helps if you have a good sense of humor, seeing as how we are all so damn goofy). There is no need to beg for a membership, we take everyone(except for those damn things that live under that bridge over there that always come out screaming all that unintelligable nonsense) so if you want in you're in. If you are already a member then please sign in so we can impress everyone by showing them how big we are so that they won't pick on us LOL. Just remember the golden rule of the BBDOCS, "thou shalt not fight with or harrass any other sentient being for their opinions. Thou shalt critcize what that sentient being said about Chaina that was negative and not that sentient being", basically what all that means is that if you're caught fightin or harrassin' anyone then I'll turn myself back into the GREAT KAHUNA and I'll toss you into the GREAT FROZEN TUNDRA OF CHUNKBUNK(trust me, you won't like it)!!! Now come on Chiana Defenders, lets get out there and do some Chiana DEFENDING!!!!!!!!
