O'Bannon here, Executive Producer/Creator of SCI FI Channel's series FARSCAPE. Last summer when our show was still in its earliest episodes, I wrote a post like this titled "Shameless Self Promotion." Well, as the final four episodes of our first season begin airing this Friday (at 8pm Eastern and Pacific), I'm back self-promoting -- however, this time, it's without the "shameless." That's because I can confidently say I'm very proud of the response to FARSCAPE since its premiere. Among them is being named Best Sci-Fi Series by TV Guide in our very first year. More importantly, fan reaction has been extremely exciting and gratifying (Scapers rule!). As I say, this Friday night begins the four episode story block that completes our inaugural season (and climaxes on January 28 with the multi-arc cliffhanger from hell!). If you haven't yet checked us out, I invite you to sample this Friday's episode, entitled "Nerve." With the start of this four hour arc, I think you'll agree we've truly hit our stride and are producing some of the finest science fiction on television today. I'll be doing a chat next Thursday (1/13) at scifi.com to discuss this episode and the series in general. I'd love to know what you think. Thanks for your time! All best, Rockne
