When they anounced they were going to kill a member of the crew, I was thinking, John, Chiana, Moya, Pilot, one of those people-things. Then when I found out Gilina was going to be in it, I thought: "Damn! She was real pretty too!" I mean, come on. Why else would they have her in there helping them escape. It's Star Trek Voyager. People started catching onto the guys in Red getting Dead (ryme there). So they diversified. They killed off a major member of the crew for Next Gen. (the security lady, er whatever-never really like the show enough to make the title right) That was different, but it didn't last, thankfully. If they killed Riker I would of shot the TV. Then in STV, whenever they were hyping up a finale that "not all will survive!" or "a major cast member will die!" they always killed either some crewmember they introduced in the last ep. or someguy no one liked in the first place. Keeping this in mind I was worrying that they were gonna kill Chiana, or Stark from the finale (you hafta admit he was pretty kewl). Instead they killed John's old flame. Deep down you knew she was gonna die. John didn't love her, PK's were gonna hate her. She was already deffecting and what-not. She was like a paradox during the finale. Somethin' had to give, or it would look dumb. As a psycho-pathic eccentric farscapian fanatic, or a PEFF, I didn't/don't want any of the main crew to get killed. I mean, dude they're like a family, man. I'm glad that they haven't yet killed off a main character. Though seriously its the easy way out. What would have been funny was if Gilina was arbitrarally wearing a red shirt when she died. Just poetic symbolism there. Then again... The finale ain't over yet. Maybe the writers WILL grow balls and kill a cast member. who knows. They killed the "security lady" on star trek in the first season. Maybe.... shudder. Please, Rockne, don't kill me farscape crew memba! Okay I've gone waaay too long here. For all of you who actually read the whole thing instead of just buzzing through, you can clearly see it wasn't a waist of time. It was an absolutely, utterly, completely, stupid waist of your time! You could've been out of your chair by now, ate lunch, did laundry, istead of reading THIS quiff of aimless scutter trash, that remotely dealt with Farscape! A n d I ' m s t i l l t y p i n g ! Okay, I'll stop now. maybe, probably, yeah, now. or now. just now!! thank you.
