Companys such as paramoun and Fox studios have consistently for many years now gone too far in attempting to regulate fan sites. Even if on some occasians the sites are technically committing copyright violation, they are in no way harming anyone, and in fact helping the success of the show. By not participating in the Blackout, you are clearing supporting the studio's behavior, and setting a poor example for other fan sites.... hence the saying "if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem" : I've posted an explanation of my position with respect to this protest over studio crackdowns against fannish Web sites at the URL below. : Michael
