: Farscape is a great show, and I'm really looking forward to next season, but there's a problem in the season cliffhanger, and that's D'argo. See, they all draw lots, and D'argo lost, so he's going to fly the shuttle into the moon. The only problem is that John has to go with him to make sure that the carrier will follow them, giving Moya and the crew enough time to starburst. If they're so concerned about saving people though, why doesn't John just fly solo? He can last longer than D'argo can, and it would be easier to pick up one than two. It's not like he couldn't have taken care of everything himself, either. That's the only real problem I had with the cliffhanger, but other than that, it's good.I didn't find much wrong with it. The last time he flew a transport pod was during the Flax when Aeryn was teaching him. Her description of how good at it he was, give or take a word, was "You learn slower then the dumbest recruit." Since then they've been a bit busy and he hasn't flown anything but Aeryn's prowler in Nerve, and even then Chiana ofhered to drive after having a taste of how smooth the ride was. D'argo's has had a hell of a lot more experience pioleting the pods then Crichton has. In such an important mission it is understantable that they put the controls in more capable pioleting hands.
