did it seem odd to anyone that crichton was able to take everyone out ('cept zahn, who was taken out by d'argo)? i mean, he is not the one with the solier/warrior background and everyone *was* on the defensive. pretty wild, no? also, it looks like the writers are trying to tell us something about john's development. the new look, the new combat skills (if not luck), and more of a leadership role within the crew. he is really not the group's space cadet anymore. this even though the shots pilot took at him may be true (ie, underdeveloped senses compared to the others, not good at anything, everyone feels sorry for him, etc.) also, i really enjoyed this humor in this episode. scorpious in a hawaiian shirt, too funny :) i wonder what crichton will say to him the next time he runs into him in person?
