Seriously I think he could have.
He didn't have to shoot D'Argo, but he did. He didn't have to knock out Chiana or Aeryn, but he did. And let us not forget when he was under the influence of the intellent virus he killed Lieutenant Hassan. I had considered the writers might be leading up to killing one of the characters. nh
