Both Babylon 5 and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine were shows where my initial reaction was lukewarm at best, but eventually the had me eagerly awaiting their next episode.: I have found the same to be true for me. My initial reaction to Babylon 5 bordered between indifference and negative. But after the second season started, the long term story began to show itself and I was hooked. However, I never really got into Deep Space Nine (which I jokingly referred to as Deep Six Nine).
