::mean are we going ot get hit with a love triangle here because I think Chiana, despite being a wannabe vamp, is being developed character wise in the direction of being an alternate relationship interest for John.::

I get the impression that John and Chianna have more of a big brother/sister thing going on than heat. It also seems to me that if a triangle occurs, it is more a D'Argo/Zhaan/Chianna thing. IMHO, John and Chianna have the *personalities* to have an affair. The best part of the *thing* between John and Aeryn is chemistry. From the start they had *major chemistry* going on, character wise. Opposite sides of the coin, and all that.

Speaking of "Am I imagining it?", I loved the chain reaction choices, but noticed that they all had intricate John/Aeryn scenarios. Does it seem like the writers have backed off a bit with the relationship between the two? Older eposodes had more heat between the two. Made me wish for the old days . Hope the writers noticed the CR picks.

QUESTION: What do you think Aeryn said to the alien 'John's Dad' when it appaeared father and son would part forever. She peaked outside the hotel door to make sure John couldn't hear (and when she thought the alien couldn't understand), prompting a "Thank You, Aeryn Sun" from Dad? 3 sentences. My guess (and the word timing is right):
"Don't worry about your son. I'll protect him. I promise."

Anyone else?
