To all Farscape fans:

We are tentatively planning the first annual Official Farscape convention
on a weekend in August in the Los Angeles, California area. Since we will
be having most of the stars of the show, we know a great many people will
be travelling from all over the world to be with us to celebrate this
event. As with our other big annual shows, we want to make sure there
will be sufficient hotel room space in the convention hotel for everyone
wishing to stay overnight.

We estimate that the hotel room rate will be approximately $120 per night.
If you think you will be coming to this event and will be staying
overnight in the hotel, could you let us know how many nights you would be
staying. Just hit reply and give us the number of nights you will be
there and we’ll add you to our tally.

Obviously, there is no obligation on your part. We just want to get an
idea of how many people will be needing hotel rooms so we can plan
accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Replying to this message is not a room reservation. Details
on the convention, hotels, tickets, etc. will follow as the event is
confirmed.
