Posted by jdj on July 11, 1998 at 20:53:47 Hi there. I purchased an album by this band called Blind Guardian called "Nightfall In Middle Earth". The main song writer is a HUGE Tolkien fan. I'm having a problem understanding the storyline as I am not familiar with Tolkien's works. I know the album covers the book called "The Silmarilion". If anyone can, could you give a brief synopsis as to what happens in this book? Also here are the song titles in the album and hopefully someone can recognize the events.
