The story is called "The new Shadow" you can find it in "The Peoples of Middle-Earth", "volume 12 in The History of Middle-Earth". P. 409.

I do not know whether it would be right or wrong, I guess it would be what you feel it to be. Me I find it wrong, but still write my own module for roleplaying there and has eagerly bought most of ICE's stuff- I excuse this heresy by claiming that both are not truly Arda, they are other peoples' interpretation of Arda.
