: : : Please contact me via email.

: : What about, precisely?

: : I'm usually not in the habit of passing my email out to all and sundry because it is my work address and, I suspect, you just want to give me a telling-off.

: Why, what have you done to warrant such? Or rather, what do you feel you have done to warrant such? plagued by conscience? Why do you think Michael would not just do it here- he has done so to contributors in the past? And why the adress-paranoia? I always (almost) post my adress, I have never been spammed by anyone here- or told off (though I have probably sometimes warranted it- like my political posting below and my off-topic postings above)

: : If you have something contructive to say then I would genuinely be pleased to comply.

: : TTFN :)

: Who defines constructive? a telling-off can be constuctive, I have hovered on the edge of flaming and been chastised for my temper, I stand corrected and can still contribute- if a telling-off is needed to cool one's temper so one can participate constructively in discussions here, then a telling-off in itself is constructive. : And I have seen no reason to give you one, do you? : NT- who is not afraid of posting his e-mail adress ;-)

My main reason (as I stated) is that my email address is my WORK address and my employers are (sometimes) a bit funny about people receiveing emails and I HAVE been spammed before; that is why I am wary. I did not want to cause any offence to Michael - if he wants to tell me off, I don't mind if he does it in public. All I really wanted to know was what he had in mind.

I'm sorry that you didn't like my use of the word 'constructive' (well that's what I meant to write ;) - again, I wasn't having a pop at Michael and I am genuinely sorry if it sounded like that.

BTW My temper has been cool for days now and I posted (what I intended to be) a friendly posting on Friday with (hopefully) new quotes about the 'fairy rabbit' and elvish ears subject which seems to have disappeared, probably when the site went down over the weekend.
