Well, first of all, if the Dunlendings are going to drift north, why not settle in the much more hospitable land of Eregion? Because they are afraid of the Elvish folk, and probably are afraid of the Elvish land. If they are afraid of the Elvish land, then how are they going to cross it to reach the Angle? If they are not afraid of the Elvish land then why don't they settle there first? There are no Dunlendings in Eregion. Hence, it's unlikely any of them spread north to the Angle.
