Your weight estimation would live them rather emaciated (6'4" and 90lbs?). The Quendi would tend to be taller than Men, as you indicate, and though slighter in build and weight than a Man of equivlent height I think your weight estimation to be rather low. I would tend to think of them in build as fit athletes (gymnasts or boxers not bodybuilders), or as Edgar Rice Burroughs often said of Tarzan 'Apollo not Hercules'. I picture (male) Elves as averaging between, roughly, 160 and 220 pounds.
