3) lastly and most importantly, Melkor corrupts Sauron in Aman, in Aulė’s Halls (or Smithy, or whatever). Now it has always been my impression that Sauron never reached Aman but was corrupted in the Ainulindalė in which he already was a Maia of Aulė. Can anyone prove me right or wrong?

I don't know if I can say anything about the first two points, but I think that if Sauron was counted as one of Aule's Maiar, he probably was in Aman for a short time before being fully corrupted (though I agree that he probably picked up some of Melkor's evil during the Ainulindule). I don't know if Ainur were given Vala or Maia status before entering Arda, rather than just being generic Ainur.

Also I imagine Sauron's corruption as being at the same time or a little earlier than Melkor's attempt at corrupting Osse.
