: Gandalf could prefectly be Radagasts cousin, since the Ainur were relatives in Illuvatars mind. Manwe was the brother of Morgoth and Nienna.

Manwe was the brother of Melkor; Nienna was sister to Namo and Irmo; Vana was the sister of Yavanna, and Nessa was the sister of Orome. This information regarding the Valar is spelled out very specifically in the Valaquenta.

: But that still doesn't prove that he was, I'm just saying that the possibility is there.

Gandalf was of the folk of Manwe and Varda; Saruman was of the folk of Aule; Radagast was of the folk of Yavanna; Alatar was of the folk of Orome as was Pallando (although at least one account claims he was of the folk of Namo). If any of the Maiar had been related, they would probably be followers of the same Vala. For example, I would find it far more credible that Saruman and Sauron were 'cousins' than Gandalf and Radagast.

To the best of my knowledge, there is not a single reference to kinship of this type among the Maiar anywhere throughout The Simarillion or LotR. The one single example of such a kinship was that of the brothers Omar Amillo and Salmar Noldorin. However, at that stage of the mythology both of these individuals were Valar - not Maiar. Omar was eventually dropped completely, and Salmar (now a Maia) was demoted to Ulmo's retainer.
