It would be hard to find too many actual historians (as opposed to bloggers, opinion-expressers, and fundamentalist-religious op-ed writers) who would agree that this is the case. But in broad histories covering thousands of years, no one gets more than a couple of paragraphs. So Jesus only gets two paragraphs...But he gets another under Constantine, another under Nicaea, another under the Orthodox split, and another under Charlemagne.
