  I know there has been talk of one but I don't think much progress has been made. I'll try to dig around to see what I can find.

  My understanding is WB has stated outright they are making a reboot of the entire book series in TV Series form. My understanding is it will be on streaming.

  Apparently the proposed show has survived the purge of shows and projects brought on by the Hollywood strikes.

  They make some good points. Even with all their flaws, however, the movies will be hard to surpass. They have a huge fanbase and I don't doubt some people will find fault with the series if it changes things away from the movies.
